This will be a PEPLUM TOP OPTION. No bottom portion underneath the skirt will be added.
Be sure to be gentle with the tulle skirting as it are delicate. Under the tulle is plastic fabric
Stars are secured onto the plastic white fabric along with a few pins in between each. Over time these may come off due to normal wear. Avoid pulling. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TEARING IN TULLE‼️‼️THESE ARE BOT INTENDED FOR PLAY WEAR
TTS size up if in between sizing.
