Our high waisted shorts feature a high waistline. They are super comfy and have quite a bit of stretch to them. Made out of Royal Blue and Red cotton fabric. Tulle is white
High Waisted Shorts fit very TTS and and have loose fit. They feature Elastic in the the waist.
Example: My daughter is in size 3/4T and 3T fits her with plenty of room to grow.
